From our online learning site analysis the graph below demonstrates the number of students completing a second attempt (blue) and their improvement (red). Both are measured as a percentage and are determined as an aggregate for tests of similar kind. For example, all maths and problem solving test data for year 8 was combined. On average all maths tests are completed a second time by 40.44% of students and their average improvement is 12.66%. Other subject areas are also shown.

Improvement

 

Many students complete more than 2 attempts. The average number of attempts for year 8 maths and problem solving is 2.33 with an overall average of 63.32%. Other subject areas have a similar number of average attempts.
