Scholarship exams

Scholarship exams can vary in format though they all have common elements. Some tests examine the same types of questions, but under a different name.

Either genre chosen by the school.

Formats usually include
two forms of writing,
problem solving and
reading comprehension.

English Comprehension
Reading and Humanities

Mathematics & Problem Solving
Questions types may include numerical reasoning.
 
Mathematics & Reasoning    
Primary and junior secondary level assess school based maths.
Higher levels assess reasoning.
Abstract Reasoning & Problem Solving    
Reasoning using verbal, mathematical and spatial concepts.
Numerical Reasoning    
Verbal Reasoning
