By choosing Brainworks selective entry exam preparation, your child will receive individualised tutoring and a customised selective entry program for John Monash Science School. They will work through content that is targeted to their exam goals, build skills across all subjects, gain question and JMSS exam format familiarity and develop exam strategy.
The Brainworks selective program is taught in a modular format with each module consisting of eight, one and a half hour weekly sessions, with a practice exam in the ninth week. Scroll to the bottom of this page for more information. In addition to the modules, certain workshops are offered, including demonstration workshops that assist students to develop greater understanding of scientific concepts.
The selective entry program for John Monash Science School is currently available at Burwood East and select venues such as Footscray, West Sunshine, Altona, Point Cook, McKinnon and Ascot Vale. Modules can be started during the January school holidays at Burwood East and McKinnon; refer to those venues for holiday dates and times. Call 9724 9351 for enrolments and advice.

Brainworks is conducting information sessions so that parents and students can become familiar with the selection process.
One session is online and one session is onsite. Onsite registration is for 1 parent and 1 student. Register here.

Further studies in science, including forces, motion & energy, biology & chemistry demonstration workshops, reasoning and group activity interview practice are available on certain dates. Dates will be published during term 4.
