If I could give 5 ½ stars I would! My daughter has just finished her studies with Brainworks as she is in year 11 now but the foundation John has given her for maths and English will bestow her to excellence. She was just an average student when she joined Brainworks in her year 8 but by year 10 she has excelled so much that she will be sitting for her VCE in year 11 for 2 subjects.

The Brainworks Foundation program includes maths tutoring and English tutoring for students in years 1 to 10, building confidence in all areas. Your child will be assessed at their current level and a program tailored for their specific needs and goals.
Students build skills and confidence, gain exam question familiarity and develop exam strategies. Students study specific exam subjects including numerical, verbal and abstract reasoning, comprehension, maths and essay writing.
Your child will build and improve their skills with Brainworks tutoring Burwood East. Genuine one to one attention combined with a system to keep all students on track and encouraged, ensures all learning problems are identified and work is adjusted.
Your child will receive an individual program that has been developed to meet their learning needs and educational goals. Students work through their own tailored program with tutoring assistance, learning new skills and building their confidence.

It's time to start scholarship exam preparation
Are you thinking about your son or daughter sitting a scholarship exam to a private school in Melbourne? Brainworks tutoring can assist your child’s scholarship exam preparation for late 2024 and early 2025 exams. At Brainworks, students work through content that is specific for their ACER, Edutest and AAS scholarship exams. Subjects include reading comprehension, mathematics & problem solving, writing, verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, abstract reasoning, and humanities.
Start preparing for 2025 selective school entry exams
You can start preparing in term 3 for specific 2025 selective school entrance exams to Melbourne High, Mac Robertson Girls’ High, Nossal High and John Monash Science School with the Brainworks Selective School Intro Module. Your child will learn about the selective exam process and study exam topics including reading comprehension, mathematics & problem solving, creative & persuasive writing, verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning and science topics.
